Senior Associate, Specialist Regulatory & Quality Assurance, Audit

As a Business Analyst at DBS Group Audit, you will play a crucial role in delivering digital and data initiatives to support the implementation of Group Audit Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM). Your responsibilities will include conducting business analysis, managing stakeholders, and overseeing the implementation of key digital and data projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics, while working closely with Business Users/Product Owners to communicate progress schedules and escalate issues to management when necessary. Additionally, you will create work plans/schedules for project activities, align with the technology team to ensure delivery as per plan, and monitor project quality to maintain high standards. To be successful in this role, you should hold a degree in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and delivering digital & data projects. Proficiency in Agile project management, strong communication skills, and experience in stakeholder management are essential requirements. Knowledge of the banking industry, particularly institutional banking, is preferred. Proficiency in SQL is required, and familiarity with data science would be a valuable asset. The ideal candidate should be independent, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
