Senior Associate, Service Delivery

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Network Administrator in maintaining and troubleshooting the organization s data and voice network infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments to ensure optimal performance and security of all network components.
• Assist the System Administrator in managing Windows and Linux servers across on-premises, cloud, and virtualized environments (including Nutanix and VMware) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Assist in delivering IT services to end users by resolving operational bottlenecks, maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, and supporting the achievement of SLAs and TATs with business partners and vendors.
• Assist in managing the IT asset lifecycle , including budgeting, procurement, deployment, regular maintenance, and secure disposals.
• Collaborate with the global Information Security team and internal IT groups to implement best practices, align local processes with global security policies, and continuously enhance the organization s security posture .
• Support various departmental IT operational needs by coordinating and assisting with ad hoc requirements such as town halls, trainings, and other organizational events and needs

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience of working on switches, routers, firewall and wireless devices.
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and virtualization platforms like VMware or Nutanix. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of ITIL frameworks.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and incident response frameworks.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Any Bachelors degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications such as CCNA, AWS, Azure, Windows, Linux, ITIL will be an advantage.
