Senior SEO Associate

What Will You Do

• Initiatives for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and others.
• Optimize content for AI summaries, citations, structured responses, and LLM-friendly formats.
• Conduct deep SERP and GenAI output analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Manage large-scale keyword research, clustering, search intent mapping, and content strategy frameworks.
• Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate on Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing, crawl optimization, and site architecture.
• Strengthen EEAT signals through content refinement, source citations, and authority-building initiatives.
• Analyze organic performance, diagnose dips, and drive scalable, long-term solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on SEO experience with strong exposure to technical & content SEO.
• Deep understanding of GEO, AI Overviews, LLM crawling, and AI-driven search behaviors.
• Expertise in tools like GSC, GA4, Semrush & Screaming Frog.
• Ability to handle large websites, complex architectures, and high-scale SEO environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in diagnosing traffic drops, ranking shifts, and indexing issues.
• Experience with schema markup, job posting schema, structured data, and rich snippets.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and content teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Passion for learning, experimenting, and staying ahead of AI search changes.
