Job Description

Mandatory skill sets As a Quality Assurance Analyst impact will be seen through the following accountabilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases. Identify and report defects and issues. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects. Ensure comprehensive test coverage and effective test execution. Monitor and report on QA progress and outcomes.

Preferred skill sets As a Quality Assurance Analyst following knowledge and skills expected Strong experience in quality assurance, test planning, testing, execution and reporting. Good knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies (e.g. Agile), best practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficient in the use of QA tools (e.g. Azure, Jira, Postman) to execute test scripts, update tasks, raise and track defects. Knowledge of automated testing tools. Strong experience with defect tracking and resolution processes. Ability to solve more complex task problems leveraging basic experience, analysis, specific guidance provided and judgement. Ability to provide daily direction and supervision for more junior members of the team (if applicable). Ability to plan priorities for the year and manage your own responsibilities and workload based on direction. Ability to complete bigger tasks with direct contribution to large projects and/or lead small scale improvements.
