Job Description

Collaborate with banking clients to understand their strategic goals, operational challenges, and digital transformation needs.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Work alongside project managers, solution architects, and developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Support activities such as user acceptance testing (UAT), system configuration, process mapping, and change management.
Assist in developing key project artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, training manuals, and status reports.

Act as a bridge between client stakeholders (e.g., relationship
managers, operations, risk, IT) and internal consulting teams.

Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and review sessions.
Manage client expectations and ensure highquality deliverables.
