Senior Associate - Production Planning and Control

As a Production Planner at River, your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining production plans for spare parts and service kits, coordinating with various departments to align schedules with demand forecasts, monitoring and optimizing stock levels, implementing safety stock strategies, and collaborating with engineering and service teams for new product introductions. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate planning and inventory records in ERP/MRP systems, generating reports on inventory status and production performance, driving continuous improvement in planning processes, and supporting after-sales service teams. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in production planning, preferably in service/spares or aftermarket support. A strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP, is required, as well as a solid understanding of inventory control and production scheduling principles. An analytical mindset, proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Experience in automotive or 2W EV manufacturing is preferred, and a CPIM certification or similar qualification would be a plus. Familiarity with lean manufacturing or just-in-time (JIT) systems is also beneficial.,
