Senior Associate, Org CoE (Technology Track)

Role Overview: You will be a part of the People & ORG CoE team at the Bain Capability Network (BCN), working on building and deploying analytical solutions related to Operating Model and Organization Practice. Your main responsibility will involve developing, maintaining, and evolving advanced internal tools with a focus on Python. Additionally, you will contribute to case delivery by generating meaningful insights for Bain clients using these tools. You will also play a role in creating efficiency gains and driving innovation within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Become an expert in developing and maintaining advanced internal tools with a focus on Python - Handle end-to-end tool processes, including troubleshooting errors and developing Python scripts - Assist in case delivery and provide valuable insights for Bain clients - Potentially build and maintain internal web applications using front-end technologies and frameworks like Streamlit - Work under the guidance of a Team Manager / Sr. Team Manager to drive innovation and identify areas for automation - Lead internal team calls, communicate data, insights, and actionable next steps on tool development - Stay updated on new statistical, database, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation from a top-tier college with a strong academic background - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Python, experience with GenAI, LLMs, or Machine Learning preferred - Advanced understanding of database design and Azure/AWS servers preferred - Experience in SQL, Git, statistical and machine learning models, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Familiarity with low-code development tools such as Streamlit, Mendix, Power Apps - Experience with data science/analytics tools like Alteryx, Informatica will be a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate realistic answers and recommend actionable solutions - Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description),
