Senior Associate, Org CoE (Technology Track)

As a member of Bain Capability Network's People & ORG CoE team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced internal tools with a focus on Python. Your role will involve end-to-end handling of tool processes, troubleshooting errors, and assisting in case delivery to provide valuable insights to Bain clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain internal web applications using front-end technologies and frameworks like Streamlit, ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers. Working under the guidance of a Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation within the team, particularly in GenAI topics. Your responsibilities will include leading internal team calls, effectively communicating data and insights, and staying updated on the latest statistical, database, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques. To excel in this role, you should have a Graduate/Post-graduate degree from a top-tier college with a strong academic background. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Python is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in GenAI, LLMs, or Machine Learning. Proficiency in database design, Azure/AWS servers, SQL, Git, and hands-on experience with statistical and machine learning models in business contexts is highly desirable. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and low-code development tools such as Streamlit will be beneficial. You should be capable of generating realistic solutions and recommending actionable steps, as well as owning and maintaining high-impact products. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effectively engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ability to prioritize projects, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines is crucial.
