In this role at PwC, you will be part of the operations consulting team specializing in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, developing operational strategies, and providing guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and enhance business performance. Specifically in sourcing and procurement, you will focus on optimizing processes to drive cost savings, supplier collaboration, and supply chain resilience. Your tasks will involve analyzing sourcing strategies, identifying cost reduction opportunities, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions. As you work in operations consulting, you will build strong client relationships, manage and inspire others, and deepen your technical expertise. You will be expected to anticipate team and client needs, deliver quality results, and navigate ambiguous situations by asking questions and using them as opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies - Optimize sourcing and procurement processes for cost savings and supplier collaboration - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier optimization - Implement strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions - Provide guidance on supplier relationship management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Accounting - 4-8 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement Services - Deep knowledge of sourcing practices and spend levers - Experience in strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiation strategy - Understanding of Spend Analysis, Category savings assessment, and Procurement Diagnostics - Proficiency in procurement operations and outsourcing operating model - Ability to structure and execute procurement transformation workstreams - Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation At PwC, you will have the opportunity to help clients optimize their operations and become a source of competitive advantages.
