Minimum Degree Required: - Bachelor's Degree Preferred Degree: - Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree Required Field(s) Of Study: - Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting Minimum Years of Experience: - 2-4 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement Services Preferred Certification: - Any Procurement related certification (good to have) Required Knowledge/Skills: - Contract Management, Supplier Management, understanding of procurement operations, and principles of P2P processes including spend and commodity taxonomies, requisitioning, PO generation, receiving, and invoice processing, basic sourcing principles Preferred Knowledge/Skills: - Contract Management, Supplier Management, understanding of procurement operations, and principles of P2P processes, Spend Analysis, Category savings assessment, Procurement Diagnostics, Operating Model Design, Procurement Process Design, Strategic Sourcing initiatives design and execution, Supplier Negotiation strategy, Third Party Lifecycle Management, Supplier Risk Management, Category management with knowledge of various Direct & Indirect Categories.,
