Senior Associate, Markets Pricing

The Markets Pricing team is a key player in driving commercial strategies for the Digital & Securities Markets business. As a member of this team, you will be involved in various stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ongoing management. Your role will focus on developing analytics to enhance these strategies and contribute to the division's commercial performance. Working closely with senior business leaders and product development teams, you will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive commercial policies. You will report to the Senior Manager, Markets Pricing and play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining a strong analytical framework dedicated to enhancing commercial performance and pricing strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating and refining pricing structures to align with business objectives, analyzing and ensuring the competitiveness of existing pricing models, providing insights on client behavior, monitoring the impact of pricing initiatives on clients and market quality, evaluating competitors" pricing strategies, and promoting alignment in pricing structures across Capital Markets. You will collaborate effectively with the business to deliver high-quality analysis and proactively identify and present commercial opportunities.
