Senior Associate, Markets Pricing

The Markets Pricing team is a key player in supporting the Digital & Securities Markets business by developing and executing commercial strategies throughout the product lifecycle. This includes activities such as ideation, development, launch, and ongoing management. Additionally, the team is responsible for creating analytical tools to enhance and refine these strategies. As a Senior Associate reporting to the Senior Manager, Markets Pricing, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining a strong analytical framework focused on commercial performance and pricing strategy. Your responsibilities will include designing and evolving pricing structures to align with business objectives, evaluating the competitiveness of existing pricing models, analyzing clients" behavior, assessing the impact of pricing initiatives on clients and market quality, studying competitors" pricing strategies, and promoting consistency in pricing structures across Capital Markets. You will collaborate effectively with the business to deliver high-quality analysis to stakeholders and proactively identify and present commercial opportunities.
