Senior Associate/ Manager - Financial Advisory Services Team

About your future team:

Oxane's expanding Portfolio Management Group (PMG) delivers specialized, platform enabled portfolio management services to global institutional investors. We support diverse private credit + asset classes, including corporate, consumer, and financial products, across various investment structures like Private/Public ABS, Whole Loans, Warehouse Facilities, Credit Facilities etc. Working in close collaboration with our Platform Solutions Group, PMG provides comprehensive solutions to Top tier Banks, Asset Owners, and Asset Managers. Through these engagements, our team gains deep expertise in transaction structures, investment monitoring, surveillance, and analysis.

What you'll champion:

• Work closely with the clients in supporting them through various stages in the life cycle of an investment transaction across various credit and alternative asset classes loan portfolios, securitizations and other structured credit products, specialty financing and real estate
• Create and review flexible, transparent financial models for periodic third-party valuations for alternative investment firms. This includes developing models from scratch and running sensitivities and scenarios
• Take the lead in designing valuation approaches for new asset types and contribute to enhancing the firms valuations platform for private markets
• Present the valuation outputs (either on Excel or set-up on Oxanes valuation platform) to clients, investors and auditors on calls
• Mentor junior team members, conduct technical training, and oversee smaller teams to ensure timely project completion
• Provide support for asset management reporting, post-deal analysis and business planning and any ad-hoc analytics for portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA from an accredited institution, certifications like CFA, FRM, CAIA are a plus
• Understanding of securitizations, prepayments, defaults, and various capital structures and payment waterfalls
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel; python knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with valuations in private markets
• Ability to work independently and manage smaller groups to ensure timely project completion
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments under pressure to meet deadlines
