Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Abstracting the Key information (Financial & Legal) from the Lease Agreements and populating into the Clients Application Software or Excel Spreadsheet.
Abstracting the critical data with interpretational assumption from the Lease Documents and entering in the
Lease Abstract Form.
Analysing the Lease Data and Financial information including CAM (Common Area Maintenance), Taxes, Insurance and other Expense Recoveries

Skill Set / Competencies Required

Very good written English communication,
Paraphrasing Formation of Lease Agreements Clauses,
Analytical and Reasoning skill
Attention to detail
Ability to understand the legal language in the lease agreement.
Knowledge in Yardi/MRI/JDE would be added advantage
