Essential Functions/Responsibilities Develop a working knowledge of client applications for all business units including but not limited to MRI, Yardi,JD Edwards and ServiceNow. Provide support and solutions via ServiceNow within SLAs Prioritize support requests based on customer impact Identify solutions for system users that improve business processes Collaborate with project teams and service desk. Complete setup and revisions to user administration across multiple systems adhering to internal policies and deviation requirements. Complete regularly scheduled User Administration audits to optimize user security. Participate in regular reviews of support requests to identify training or documentation requirements. Recognize and communicate system errors or outages Fulfill on-call duties as required for support requests after hours and on weekends. Flexibility for attending or responding to early morning and late night meetings and inquiries Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles. Performs other duties as assigned Skill Set / Competencies Required Knowledge of user administration principles and user security standards Strength in communicating technical information in non-technical terms.
