Position: Senior Associate – Criminal Litigation
Firm: Malhotra Law Partners, New DelhiExperience: Minimum 5 years (Exclusively in Criminal Litigation practice only)
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review & file complaints, replies, petitions including Sec 156(3) CrPC applications
Handle and argue criminal trials, bail matters, revisions, appeals & quashing petitions
Regularly appear before District Courts, High Courts, and coordinate with Police Authorities
Manage FIRs, client representations, investigations and provide strategic legal advice
Conduct extensive legal research, draft briefs, and prepare case strategies for litigation
Requirements:
Strong drafting, research & effective argumentation skills with proven trial experience
In-depth knowledge of CrPC, IPC, Indian Evidence Act, and allied criminal laws applicable
Demonstrated ability to independently manage criminal cases from start to finish successfully
Excellent communication, client handling skills, and ability to work both independently and in teams
