Role Overview: As a member of the Transaction Processing team at SS&C, you will be responsible for handling six participant-level transactions. These transactions include contributions, enrollments, distributions, transfers, exchanges, participants" account maintenance, and plan account maintenance. The team operates with a flexible workforce model across multiple locations, utilizing automated workforce management tools and a centralized processing management structure to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs. Additionally, a quality methodology is employed, focusing on standard processes and technological automation to ensure high-quality processing.
