Senior Associate, HR Service Center

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing centralized human resource services with a focus on ensuring the efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes. Your role will involve establishing standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs. Additionally, you will coordinate services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists to facilitate smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to eligibility and enrollment inquiries about employee benefit programs, including life, health, and disability insurance, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA, income continuance, and other paid time off, as well as retirement and pension plans. - Ensure appropriate documentation is prepared for new hire transactions and existing employee changes for processing. - Answer questions related to various benefits-related mailings and communications. - Perform research to achieve problem resolution. Qualifications Required: - Strong customer service skills. - Ability to handle day-to-day HR and benefits-related inquiries and requests. - Fluency in Hindu English for providing support to native language speakers. - Willingness to assist in additional activities, such as translation support for policies and documentation.,
