Senior Associate, HighRadius - Deductions

As a Senior Associate in the HighRadius - Deductions team, you will be a HighRadius Deductions Consultant in the rapidly growing national HighRadius practice. This team is a part of the Finance Transformation solution focused on modernizing the office of the CFO. This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity within the security of a well-established firm, with direct involvement in relationship management and onsite client projects. As a HighRadius Deductions Implementation Consultant, you will leverage your experience and knowledge to help clients enhance their business through services such as HighRadius Deductions Implementations, Process Improvement, Financial Transformation, Procedure Design, and Optimization. This practice line is dynamic, expanding, and provides significant career growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include consulting with clients" accounting, financial, operational, and management personnel to enhance their businesses. You will lead HighRadius Deductions implementation projects, configure, test, and debug the HighRadius Deductions solution, collaborate with various teams, train and advise clients on the use of HighRadius products, and participate in process analysis/optimization, documentation, and project management. Additionally, you will engage in the sales process. The required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting or related field, experience in implementing HighRadius Deductions solution, and a minimum of 2 years of end-to-end HighRadius Deductions implementation experience. Preferred qualifications include consulting or Professional Services firm experience, understanding of working with multiple clients, corporate or industry accounting experience, previous experience with operational process reviews, basic internal control requirements, and strong communication and organizational skills.
