As a Senior Associate for HighRadius - Collections, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our fast-growing national HighRadius practice. This dynamic team is integral to our Finance Transformation solution, which focuses on modernizing the office of the CFO. This role presents an ideal opportunity for someone seeking an entrepreneurial experience within a well-established firm, involving direct engagement in relationship management and onsite client projects. In your capacity as a HighRadius Collections Implementation Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to assist clients in enhancing their businesses through various services, including HighRadius Collections Implementations, Process Improvement, Financial Transformation, Procedure Design and Optimization, among others. The HighRadius practice is a vibrant and expanding area that offers significant career growth prospects. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients" accounting, financial, operational, and management teams to enhance their business operations. - Lead HighRadius Collections implementation projects, providing assessment, troubleshooting, and testing throughout the implementation process. - Configure, test, and debug the HighRadius Collections solution. - Work closely with functional leads, technical teams, product management, and QA to deploy solutions efficiently. - Provide training and guidance to clients on maximizing the use of HighRadius products tailored to their specific requirements. - Engage in cross-training on additional HighRadius modules to ensure a comprehensive understanding and enhance implementation capabilities. - Mentor and train staff and project teams. - Demonstrate expertise in process analysis/optimization, documentation, project management, and collaborative team work. - Participate in the sales process. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, or a related field. - Prior experience in implementing HighRadius Collections solution. - Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end HighRadius Collections implementation experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Preference for experience in Consulting or Professional Services firms with previous pre-sales/sales exposure. - Demonstrated understanding and experience in working with multiple clients. - Background in corporate or industry accounting. - Previous involvement in operational process reviews and basic internal control requirements. - Ability to proactively address and resolve client concerns and issues. - Quick learner with the capacity to break down complex issues into manageable project steps. - Proficient in facilitating clients and project teams across all organizational levels. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent data assimilation and organization abilities. - Self-driven with strong team collaboration skills. - Experience working with teams in the US. - Demonstrated familiarity with working with diverse client portfolios.
