Senior Associate - Fixed Income Securities

As an experienced candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Fixed Income Institutional investors to facilitate the placement of bonds in the secondary market. - Cultivate relationships with major Insurance and Mutual Funds for the placement of regular and structured bond issues. - Manage relationships with the Major PF trust in Mumbai and the western region, including understanding their investment patterns and facilitating the placement of regular AAA rated bond issues and various PF products such as Bonds, MF, AIF, GSEC, SDL. - Collaborate with Brokers, arrangers, PF Trust clients, and other institutional investors and treasury for the sourcing and placement of bonds from the secondary market. - Utilize your network and connections within the Merchant Banker/arrangers fraternity or NBFC/Mutual Fund/Insurance industry to engage key fixed income institutional investors for the successful placement of bond issues. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications: - Understanding of Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flows, etc. - Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds, NCD, CP, Bonds, Fixed Income Market, Money Market instruments, etc. - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and the ability to navigate multiple websites simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders. It is essential that you have the following key skills: - Knowledge of NCD, CP, Bonds, Fixed Income Market, and Money Market instruments. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions for the sourcing and placement of bonds. - Independent drive to secure business, achieve targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch financial advisory services.
