Senior Associate - Fixed Income Securities

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Fixed Income Institutional investors to facilitate the placement of bonds in the secondary market. Your role will also involve developing connections with Major Insurance and Mutual Funds for the placement of regular and structured bond issues. Additionally, you will be expected to have a solid understanding of Major PF trusts in Mumbai and the western region, along with knowledge of PF investment patterns. You should be proficient in placing regular AAA rated bond issues and dealing with PF products such as Bonds, Mutual Funds, AIF, GSEC, and SDL. It is essential to have existing relationships with Brokers, arrangers, PF Trust clients, and other institutional investors to facilitate the placement and sourcing of bonds from the secondary market. Candidates with experience in the Merchant Banker/arrangers sector are preferred. However, individuals from NBFC/Mutual Fund/Insurance industries who have connections with key fixed income institutional investors for bond placement are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with Fixed Income Institutional investors - Establish connections with Major Insurance and Mutual Funds for bond placement - Understand the investment patterns of Major PF trusts in Mumbai and the western region - Place regular AAA rated bond issues and handle various PF products - Collaborate with Brokers, arrangers, PF Trust clients, and institutional investors for bond placement - Achieve business targets and work collaboratively with a team to provide superior financial advisory services Requirements: - 4 to 6 years of relevant experience - Understanding of Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flows, and Mutual Funds - Knowledge of NCD, CP, Bonds, Fixed Income Market, and Money Market instruments - Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, and ability to use multiple websites simultaneously - Strong communication skills Key Skills: - Knowledge of Debt Instruments, Investment Banking, Money Markets, and Treasury Operations - Relationships with financial institutions for Sourcing & Placement of bonds - Independent drive to secure business and accomplish targets - Ability to work collaboratively with an inter-disciplinary team,
