Senior Associate Finance & Accounting

Your role will require a strong foundation in core accounting, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to drive accurate and compliant financial operations. You will be responsible for various key tasks including Accounts Receivable, General Ledger & Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Financial Reporting, Statutory Compliance, GST & Taxation, and ERP & Systems Management. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting and at least 4-8 years of experience in a full-spectrum finance role. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, or GCMS, as well as MS Excel, is essential. You should have a solid understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST, and statutory processes, coupled with strong attention to detail and organizational discipline. An analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple priorities are also key requirements.
