As a high-impact senior marketing associate, you will be an integral part of Cvent's European marketing team based in India, collaborating closely with the regional marketing team in Europe and the global marketing teams in the US. Your primary responsibility will involve managing campaign execution in the DACH market within Europe, reporting to the Assistant Marketing Manager for the region, also based in India. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong understanding of the marketing mix utilized throughout the customer journey, preferably with experience in marketing software or the meetings & events industries. Success in B2B marketing across organizations of varying sizes, along with the ability to manage both strategic and tactical tasks, is essential. A blend of creativity and analytical skills is crucial, enabling you to integrate social media and digital marketing techniques with cutting-edge marketing automation practices. Fluency in German is a prerequisite for this role, as it involves overseeing the DACH region. Your key responsibilities will include executing targeted and dynamic integrated marketing campaigns across the Germany region, managing partnerships with industry associations, publications, and websites in DACH, localizing content and collaterals for regional use, supporting live events in the DACH region, executing DACH webinars, promoting the Cvent Accelerate annual event, and aiding in new product launches and campaign delivery across the DACH region. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications and campaign creation across various channels, including digital, social media, and live events specifically for the German region. Proficiency in spoken and written German is mandatory, with native language knowledge being a bonus. Strong copywriting skills, familiarity with content and digital marketing techniques, creative thinking, teamwork, attention to detail, organization, self-motivation, and effective communication are essential attributes. Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with local and remote sales and marketing departments within a multinational organization is advantageous. Additionally, expertise in software systems such as email marketing platforms, search engines, and CRM systems is beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital, or a related field is required, while a Master's degree in marketing or communications would be advantageous. Prior experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology or software industry, ideally in Marketing or Events sectors, is preferred to thrive in this role.,
