Senior Associate - Enterprise Strategy & Value

In the Advisory Acceleration Centre at PwC, you will be part of a team that provides premium, cost-effective services to support client engagements and enhance process quality and delivery capability. As a Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate with global clients to design and implement growth, operational, and customer-focused strategies for sustainable competitive advantage. Your role will involve working with client and project teams to deliver impactful results by conducting analyses, developing insights, and preparing analytical models. Key Responsibilities: - Inspire team members and deliver results by conducting analyses, developing insights, creating financial models, and analyzing large datasets. - Work directly with project teams to facilitate meetings and enable decision-making. - Lead analysis and client conversations, prepare recommendations to address client problems. - Participate actively in new business development, thought leadership, and firm building activities. - Understand clients" business and digital capabilities, assess organization structure, and conduct value chain diagnostics. - Design future state digital-led structures, incorporate emerging technologies, and enable change management for seamless integration. - Problem-solve complex business challenges, analyze business models, design high-impact digital operating models, and craft insights and strategies aligned with business goals. - Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders, recommend digital solutions, and set guiding principles for digital transformation. - Streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience through targeted digital interventions. Qualifications Required: - Proven industry and strategy consulting skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information. - Self-driven with a technology mindset and understanding of digital tools. - Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization using various tools. - Understanding of project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
