As a key member of the GSG Servicing Innovation team at American Express, your role will involve shaping and executing the Generative AI strategy. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the scoping of the next wave of GenAI pilots, ensuring alignment to prioritization principles and applying Generative AI solutions to build pilots and products with high expectations on customer satisfaction - Providing thought leadership and creative problem-solving to accelerate technological innovation for American Express - Developing strong working relationships with various stakeholders and driving project delivery by fostering teams, managing relationships, and ensuring deliverables are optimally executed - Monitoring external perspectives and developments in GenAI and innovation and incorporating them into Amex roadmaps as relevant - Executing analysis of key metrics for GenAI pilots to derive insights on value and performance To be successful in this role, you must have: - Knowledge of Generative AI beyond the surface level and a technical understanding of functionality, risks, and mitigations - Product Management/Development experience - Ability to demonstrate a User Centric Mindset and ideas on how to leverage Generative AI beyond the obvious use case of chat Minimum qualifications for this role include being a strategic, big-picture thinker with demonstrated interest in Generative AI and innovation, experience experimenting with Generative AI and Large Language Models, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and engage in structured thinking to derive meaningful insights. Preferred qualifications include experience in User Experience research and design, familiarity with design thinking principles, and a passion for learning about innovative technologies to create exceptional customer experiences.
