This role is located in Pune, MH HYBRID.In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Work with business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment.
- Maintain and ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of data across the organization.
- Oversee data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement data standards, rules, and quality requirements.
- Resolve data discrepancies and maintain data integrity across systems.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree in Management, Finance, or related field.
- 68 years of experience in data management, governance, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and data lifecycle.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, data cataloging platforms like Collibra, Solidatus).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
