Senior Associate - Curriculum

Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum [80%]

• Design content for implementation of school-to-work transition products
• Ensure school-to-work transition products remain consistent and aligned to best practices in career readiness
• Work towards curriculum accreditation, certification, and credibility-building
• Work with partners/governments and internal stakeholders to design and integrate the above products
• Create relevant material for Antarang s digital products
• Conduct training for partners, internal teams, and external bodies on curriculum and program
• Analyze program outcomes and use it to plan support for various stakeholders
• Visit training on-ground to collect feedback and assess the impact of the curriculum

Team Support [20%]

• Conduct needs analysis and training plans
• Perform other projects and duties assigned

Profile Requisites:

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in curriculum and training
• Comfortable with using research to guide work
• Fluency in Hindi or Marathi preferably
