The EY GDS Content Center of Excellence is a rapidly growing team consisting of talented copywriters, editors, content strategists, thought leadership writers, technical writers, and editorial managers. This team supports key global EY publications and campaigns. We are seeking candidates with exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, along with significant experience in working on copywriting projects for various platforms and audiences. As a team player in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inspiring content, demonstrating strong visualization and art direction skills while working under moderate guidance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create external and internal B2B content such as newsletters, mailers, EY news articles, videos, posters, flyers, and brochures. - Edit content to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with EY's purpose and editorial strategy. - Repurpose content to cater to the needs of the readership. - Provide copywriting support for high-visibility EY programs and campaigns. - Suggest improvements to the tone and structure of content. - Review the work of other writers and editors, providing objective feedback. - Collaborate with stakeholders and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. - Ensure content compliance with EY legal guidelines. - Collaborate with design teams to ensure content and design complement each other. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables to customers. - Manage multiple creative projects. - Work with minimal supervision and guidance. **Skills And Attributes For Success:** - Proficiency in creating engaging, inspiring, and persuasive B2B content. - Ability to articulate complex business ideas in an engaging, audience-friendly style. - Skill in storytelling to inspire action. - Ability to blend copy and creative elements to create impactful outputs. - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. - Understanding of content strategy principles and processes. - Strong ideation skills. - Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. - Exceptional attention to detail. **To qualify for the role, you must have:** - A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in English literature or mass communication. - At least 5-6 years of related experience. **Ideally, you'll also have:** - Experience in creative agency, advertising, or Big Four environment. - Aptitude and willingness to continually expand your core skillset. **Technologies and Tools:** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT). - Knowledge in Project Management tools and methods.
