We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Senior Associate Compliance and Audit in our Cyber Risk team. The role involves conducting compliance audits, due diligence procedures, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for risk analysis and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct compliance and statutory audits utilizing primary and secondary research methods. - Evaluate and analyze compliance forensic risks and regulations related to clients" business partners. - Perform business background assessments by conducting compliance due diligence. - Prepare comprehensive due diligence and audit reports in compliance with entity standards. - Ensure compliance with certification requirements by working with ISO standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 27701. - Assist in implementing controls for information security, business continuity, and privacy management systems. - Conduct quality control reviews to verify compliance with international standards. - Develop content for marketing and business activities, including social media campaigns, to enhance brand visibility. - Handle additional tasks as assigned during the tenure with a focus on timeliness and quality. Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), LLB, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in compliance, audit management, or risk analysis. - Profound understanding of compliance and statutory requirements. - Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in audit or compliance-related fields (e.g., ISO certifications, CISA, CIA). - Hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC).,
