Job Description

As a Compensation Analyst, your main responsibility will be to manage compensation-related transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating compensation data in the HRIS system and collaborating with HR teams to resolve any discrepancies. - Process and review salary changes, promotions, and other compensation-related transactions in HR systems. - Support the execution of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and market adjustments. - Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data in HRIS and identify discrepancies for resolution. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree with relevant experience. - Experience working with HRIS systems such as UKG, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors or similar. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis. - Must have skills in Microsoft Office suite.,
