Senior Associate Communication

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Communications at Akanksha in Nagpur, you will be responsible for managing communications in the region. Your main focus will be on increasing engagement and forming collaborations through social media, exploring new outreach avenues, and building partnerships to support Akanksha's programs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow Akanksha's social media handle to increase engagement and foster collaborations. - Explore new outreach avenues such as media partnerships, newspaper articles, and networking events. - Identify and establish partnerships that align with and support Akanksha's programs. - Draft and design content for newsletters, reports, video scripts, and social media. - Organize and execute internal and external events including staff meetings, town halls, and annual functions. - Coordinate with other teams to share updates relevant to communication and outreach strategies. - Assist the donor team by compiling school-wise reports and fulfilling related requirements. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on social media, content creation, and event management. - Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere Pro). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good photography and video editing skills. - Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.,
