Senior Associate - Billing

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accurate invoice generation, and maintaining financial records for accounts receivable. Your key responsibilities will include processing and generating invoices accurately and in a timely manner, reviewing and validating billing data to ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements, handling billing-related queries from internal teams and clients, maintaining up-to-date records of billing transactions, and assisting in month-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in AR billing, invoicing, or a similar role. You should possess a strong knowledge of billing processes, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliation, as well as proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are also essential for this position.
