Senior Associate Benefits Analyst

You will be part of Light & Wonders corporate team which consists of exceptional talent working across the enterprise. Your role will involve providing essential services in an exceptional manner to ensure the success of the organization and the well-being of employees. As the Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for administering and communicating the company's benefits program. This includes explaining plan options, policy features, enrollment procedures, and other related requirements to employees. You will conduct surveys on market data to assess the company's competitive position in terms of employee benefits. Additionally, you may be involved in planning, developing, and redesigning benefits programs while analyzing benefit costs. Your role may also encompass assisting in the communication and implementation of wellness and health education initiatives. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the company complies with all federal and state laws related to employee benefits.,
