Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conducting desktop-based research using a variety of online sources across different jurisdictions/countries. Candidate should be versed with sources such as commercial registries, corporate databases, legal databases and media sources of multiple jurisdictions. Conducting research in English as well as in local languages (using Translator tools) of respective jurisdictions/countries using a variety of online sources such as commercial registries, stock exchanges, corporate databases. Responsible for reviewing and drafting high quality reports within stringent timelines Extending support to performance manager to ensure smooth and timely delivery Supporting performance manager in day-to-day delivery as well as project management tasks Coaching and guiding junior analysts in the team Masters' degree (Management and Finance would be preferred) Forensic/Investigative research experience of 3-4 years with thorough knowledge of Indian as well as global research sources Experience of reviewing and conducting Market Intelligence assignments Experience of reviewing and conducting Integrity Due Diligence assignments Experienced in conducting key word-based open-source research using applicable operators on different platforms such as Google/Bing/Factiva/EMIS/Nexis etc. Experienced in providing support and in guiding juniors/peers on research and report writing Excellent language (English) skills (written and spoken) Attention to detail, excellent research, analytical and report writing skills
