KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Product Build Evaluate manuscripts against digital authoring tool templates Build digital products using different authoring tools including data entry, amendments within templates following the review, implementing meta-data tagging and syntax and publishing content in the authoring tool Assist in preparing the setup of an authoring tool for product build and solve issues in authoring tool templates in collaboration with other functional groups as required Ensure all content built remains secure and well documented in appropriate Cambridge-based Content Management System(s) Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required • Project Lead Assist Operations Implementation Managers in Project Set up Process, capture project settings and create the projects in Authoring Tools. Review the Project Schedule before and during Demo production to feed on any time scale changes or any amendments needed. Manage the project production deadlines and resource needs for the project with regard to BD Teams work. Build DEMOs of the product so sufficient feedback can be provided to the editorial before full production starts. As Project Lead assigned to projects, assist and monitor production work and PBD team in all tasks required to complete the project successfully and with high quality. Attend all digital project meetings by representing PBD Team as a main point of contact, update the project team on progress, take initiative to apply action points related to production work and cascade the information within the team. Make sure there is effective communication between and within the project teams and PBD Team. Liaise with functional groups as required during production to advise on improvements, and production workflows, resolve issues and provide expertise when required. Quality Act as the root to finding all the quality parameters. Implement and execute quality control measures on all tasks and processes within the team. Monitor the quality of the project and capture relevant data to analyze the cause of issues, and take initiative on mitigating future instances when possible. Focus on continuous improvement and raise any important project issues and production blockers with Senior Management. Shift: 9:00 Am -6:30 PM(Mon till Friday & Fixed offs on Sat & Sun / 2 way transportation will be given within the radius of 30KMS) Location: Hitech-city Preferred candidates from Publishing/Edutech Industry
