Senior Associate - Accounts Payable (Concur)

Role Overview: As a part of METTLER TOLEDO, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports submitted by employees according to company policies. You will play a crucial role in identifying discrepancies in expense reports, communicating these issues to employees, and handling any queries related to the reports. Additionally, you will be generating daily and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and sharing them with stakeholders. Your role will also involve following up with employees for travel advances and managing a high volume of concur expenses during month-end. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process expense reports in compliance with company policies - Identify and communicate discrepancies in expense reports to employees - Handle queries and questions from employees regarding expense reports - Generate daily and monthly MIS reports and share them with stakeholders - Follow up with employees for travel advances - Manage a high volume of concur expenses during month-end Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualification: B. Com or M.
