We are looking for a dynamic Senior Associate to join our Accounting Advisory Services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality advisory services. Key responsibilities include leading and managing multiple accounting advisory engagements, providing technical accounting guidance on complex issues, and staying current on emerging accounting and regulatory developments. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) and a professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent. The candidate should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting advisory, audit, or financial consulting, preferably with a Big Four or leading professional services firm. Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience with IFRS, US GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus. The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
