Senior Asset Recovery Specialist

As a Store Manager, your role involves managing the store inventory and materials to maintain optimum levels and minimize costs in alignment with RIL policies and approved budgets. You will be responsible for adhering to SOPs, analyzing inventory, collaborating with the central inventory team, managing material issuance and receipt, coordinating with the purchase department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and enforcing Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire guidelines. Additionally, you will contribute to manpower planning and team development. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Adhering to established SOPs for inventory management - Analyzing store inventory and ensuring materials availability - Collaborating with the central inventory team for system enhancement - Managing material issuance, stock reconciliation, and inventory documents - Coordinating with the purchase department for updates on requisitions and orders - Overseeing compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements - Ensuring adherence to safety guidelines for materials handling - Providing insights for manpower planning and team development Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) - 2-9 years of experience in supply management within a plant operations environment - Functional competencies in Supply Chain Management, Petrochemical/refinery Equipment's, Inventory and Material Management, and team management If you meet the qualifications and possess the necessary competencies, you are encouraged to apply for the position of Store Manager.,
