As a Senior Programmer, you will be passionate about software development, requirement analysis, and implementing compliant solutions. You will take ownership of projects as a core member of the Development Team, working independently with minimal supervision. Your resourcefulness and skills, with at least 5 years of experience, will be crucial in handling programming tasks on multiple projects. Proficiency in full-stack development using SQL Server 2008 or higher as a back end and ASP.Net/Core with MVC as a front-end framework is a must. Additionally, experience in Crystal Reports, version control tools like TFS and GitHub, and a strong understanding of healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards are essential. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying applications while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions is key. Key Responsibilities - Independently develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. - Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher. - Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports. - Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub. - Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws. - Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance. Required Qualifications - MCA or BE/B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. - Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer. - Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. - Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization. - Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering.
