Senior ASP.Net Developer

As a Senior Programmer, you will be passionate about software development, requirement analysis, and implementing compliant solutions. You will be a core member of the Development Team, taking ownership of projects by working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in independently handling programming tasks on multiple projects. Your primary responsibilities will include independently developing and maintaining software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. You will create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher, as well as implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports. Setting up and maintaining version control systems like TFS and GitHub will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws. Collaboration with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions will be essential. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. It is crucial to stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance. Required Qualifications: - Qualification: MCA or BE/B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology - Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer - Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC - Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization - Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering This position is suitable for candidates currently in Bihar or those open to relocating to Bihar.,
