Job Description

Senior AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development (70%) of GenAI applications and ML models (classification, regression, clustering, NLP)
Provide technical leadership (30%) by mentoring AI scientists and supervising project execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business goals
Work within Agile frameworks to deliver scalable and impactful AI products
Engage internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions
Translate complex data science concepts into actionable business insights

Primary Skills

Advanced Python programming
Experience with structured and unstructured data processing
Proficiency in GenAI tools:

LLMs / Transformer models
AWS Bedrock
SageMaker
LangChain

Strong command of ML libraries:

scikit-learn
pandas
TensorFlow / PyTorch

Database systems: SQL, NoSQL, Graph
Experience in productionizing GenAI services
Solid understanding of software development, algorithms, and optimization
Excellent communication and business analysis skills

Secondary Skills

Cloud engineering experience (AWS services)
Experience with Snowflake
Front-end development knowledge (e.g., React JS)
Familiarity with scaling AI solutions in enterprise environments
Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
Masters or PhD in a relevant quantitative discipline (preferred)
Proven individual contributor with strong programming and problem-solving skills
Experience working with complex datasets in production environments
