4+ years of handson experience in AI/ML engineering roles, with significant
experience working on Generative AI / LLM / Agentic AI / RAG systems. Familiarity with agent/orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph,AutoGen, or similar). Experience with prompt engineering, tool/function calling, memory or context moduledesign. Strong programming skills in Python; familiar with ML frameworks such as PyTorchor TensorFlow. Experience in training or finetuning large models. Deep understanding of NLP: embeddings, semantic search, summarization, QA,tokenization, etc. Solid understanding of Deep Learning architectures, transformer models, andattention mechanisms. Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems: building retrieval pipelines,embedding generation, semantic/hybrid search, indexing, and retrieval tuning. Optimize for production constraints: inference latency, cost, quantization/distillationwhere applicable. Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure, etc.), containerization(Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, responsible AI practices, governance, and data
