Role: Area Sales Manager – Insurance Sales

CTC: 5.50 LPA + Incentives

What You’ll Do:

• Handle end-to-end sales activities across your region.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a team of sales executives/partners.
• Build and nurture long-term customer and channel relationships.
• Set clear sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
• Track performance metrics, market trends, and competitor actions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with 3–6 years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI sector preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and target-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to build business pipelines and deliver results.
