Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Area Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in insurance sales, team management, and channel development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
• Drive business targets through effective planning and execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance or BFSI sales.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Graduation is mandatory.
