Senior Architect QSR and hospitality

As a Senior Architect specializing in the F&B, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), and Hospitality sector, your role will involve leading the design and development of projects from concept to execution. You will be responsible for preparing conceptual layouts, schematic drawings, 2D & 3D presentations, and detailed working drawings. Coordination with MEP consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors will be essential to ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will play a crucial role in integrating brand identity, functionality, and customer experience into all design deliverables. Additionally, conducting site visits, managing BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines will be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated on industry trends and mentoring junior architects within the team will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of F&B, QSR, and hospitality projects from concept to execution. - Prepare conceptual layouts, schematic drawings, 2D & 3D presentations, and detailed working drawings. - Coordinate with MEP consultants, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors. - Ensure brand identity, functionality, and customer experience are integrated into design deliverables. - Conduct site visits, resolve design-related issues, and ensure compliance with standards. - Manage BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines. - Stay updated on industry trends and mentor junior architects within the team. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the F&B/QSR/Hospitality industry. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong expertise in F&B/QSR/Hospitality architecture & interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), SketchUp/3DS Max/Revit (3D), Photoshop, and MS Office will be crucial. Your in-depth understanding of MEP services integration, excellent project coordination, vendor management skills, and ability to balance design creativity with functionality and cost efficiency will be instrumental.
