Design largescale residential and mixed-use developments using Aluminum Formwork method of construction.
Prepare detailed architectural plans, and construction documentation.
Participate in client meetings for design presentations, reports, and project proposals.
Diploma/Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.
4 to 7 years of professional experience in Architecture (High Rise Residential Projects), preferably in an Architectural Consultancy firm.
Strong software skills in CAD, SketchUp, and other tools. Knowledge of BIM is an advantage but not a pre-requisite .
