Role : Project Manager

Location : Gandhinagar

Job Responsibilities

• Checking of clients drawings in AutoDCR.
• Checking of Building Byelaws as per the DC book, NBC etc
• Identify and get rectify the gaps during the proof checking of buildings
• Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis.
• Preparation of consolidated Reports.
• Involve in preparation of Mockups of gathered requirement.
• Involve in Preparing Gap analysis document between Client Requirement & Product for customization.(GAD)
• Work with the testing and dev team during the test phase to ensure that AutoDCR report is accurate and free of bugs and issues
• Thorough knowledge of the Planning concept and working of ULBs for Plan approval.
• Understanding od DC byelaws

• Understanding of Building Byelaws. Can read and interpret byelaws.
• Document the byelaws in the prescribed format for understanding of Client, Development and CSTQC team
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions
• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation
• Document requirements, create functional specifications
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
• Facilitate change and configuration management
• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.
