Senior Architect Manager

Role & responsibilities

Oversee and manage the execution of live architectural and interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Lead coordination across multidisciplinary teams on multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with architectural drawings, standards, and building codes. Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for civil and interior works with a sound understanding of contracts. Support master planning and Detailed Project Reports (DPR) including concept design and feasibility analysis. Guide selection and application of interior materials aligned to design context, durability, cost, and aesthetics. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, presenting designs and progress updates. Ensure use of best-in-class tools and software for documentation, modeling, and visualization. Lead material selection in alignment with functional, aesthetic, and budgetary considerations. Monitor market trends in construction materials and finishes to bring innovation and cost optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors. Conduct client meetings, design briefings, and presentations at various project stages. Review and validate architectural and interior design deliverables including concept presentations, GFC drawings, and detailing.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino Strong knowledge of building codes, architectural standards, and construction detailing Hands-on experience in interior design execution and specifications Strong understanding of project planning, coordination, and vendor management Ability to lead and mentor junior team members Knowledge of additional design/rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop) Exposure to sustainable design practices and green building norms Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to present to senior stakeholders and clients effectively
