Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader Data Analytics to lead our data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Senior Data Analyst, with deep expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI . As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing analytics projects, guiding a team of analysts, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of data analysts and manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reports. Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems. Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and data excellence. Drive process automation and performance optimization using Python and SQL. Must-Have Skills Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and optimization. Strong hands-on experience with Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib/seaborn, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data models. Expert in Power BI : creating dashboards, DAX functions, Power Query, and report publishing. Experience with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (preferred: Azure, AWS, or GCP). Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team and interact with stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Experience in leading teams in a data-driven environment. Exposure to tools like Tableau, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery (added advantage). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Why Join Tagbin?
